Program description. Jordy Baze operates a customer service and conversational messaging program. We send replies to people who call or text our business number, order and delivery updates, and answers to questions you ask us. We do not send marketing broadcasts.
How you opt in. You consent to receive texts from us when you (a) call our published business number and we are unable to answer, in which case you receive an automated reply to that same number, (b) text our published business number directly, or (c) enter your mobile number on a form on this site and tick the box agreeing to receive texts.
Message frequency. Varies. Messages are sent in response to your contact with us, so the number depends entirely on your inquiry.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier may.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll get one confirmation and then nothing further. Reply START to opt back in.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is never required to buy anything. You can purchase, download, and use everything on this site without giving us a phone number.
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment through a download link on the confirmation page. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Digital products are delivered instantly and are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If something is broken, doesn't work as described, or isn't what you expected, email us and we'll make it right. We would rather refund you than have you feel cheated.
When you buy a template or automation, you may use it in your own business and in work you do for your own clients. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish it as your own product.
Everything free on this site is provided as-is for educational purposes. AI tools make mistakes and change constantly. Check anything before you act on it, particularly where money, contracts, or legal obligations are involved.
We make no promise about results, revenue, or outcomes from anything you learn or buy here. What works for one business may not work for yours.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to this site or anything bought through it is limited to the amount you paid us for the item in question.
