This explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect the minimum we need, we don't sell anything about you, and you can have it deleted by asking.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No exceptions.
Mobile numbers are used only to reply to you and to send service messages related to your inquiry or order. Numbers may be processed by our messaging provider (Twilio) purely to deliver those messages on our behalf. That provider may not use your number for anything else.
SMS consent is never shared with third parties or affiliates. If you opt out by replying STOP, we stop, and we keep a record of the opt-out so we don't message you again by mistake.
Only the services that make the site work, and only so they can do their job:
We do not sell your data to anyone, for any purpose, ever.
Email addresses stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Phone numbers and consent records are kept while you're an active contact and for a period afterward as proof of consent, which messaging rules require. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Data is held with the providers listed above, all of which use encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure and we won't pretend otherwise, but we don't hold card numbers and we keep as little as we can.
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
